About the event
Join us for a community ruck this Saturday.
If you haven't done a rucking event before, then this one is for you.
A "ruck", as it's called, is a hike but with a weight; you can use a backpack with weight in or a weight vest.
Members can use weights in the Box for their backpack or just grab a weight plate, dumbbell, or kettlebell
We'll meet at the Box at 7 am and then depart as a group to the venue.
